CcHub hosts Q+A night with Lagos techpreneurs

Lagos-based incubator Co-Creation Hub (CcHub) is to host a question and answer event with four of Nigeria’s leading tech entrepreneurs, inviting emerging startups to attend and learn from their experiences.

The “A Conversation With…” event – to be held on Thursday, December 4 -, brings together Jason Njoku, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of iROKO; Sim Shagaya, founder and CEO of Konga.com; Ayodeji Adewunmi, co-founder and CEO of Jobberman; and Tayo Oviosu, founder and CEO of Paga.

CcHub said the event is intended as an opportunity to tap into the entrepreneurs’ insights into launching and growing a tech startup in Nigeria; and to support new and existing ventures in the tech startup space.

“This event was put together to support the healthy growth of the ecosystem and to see more tech ventures achieve significant growth,” Damilola Teidi, business analyst at CcHub and one of the organisers of the event told Disrupt Africa.

“These leading tech entrepreneurs have passed through similar paths as the startups, encountered new terrains and gained invaluable experience along the way. We believe that there is a lot for budding tech entrepreneurs to learn from them as well as learn from each other,” Teidi said.

The entrepreneurs will share their experiences and advice with attendees, and attendees will also be able to put their questions to the entrepreneurs.

The event will take place on Thursday between 4pm and 7pm at CcHub.  Free tickets are available at https://conversationwith.eventbrite.com.
