Google has announced a series of UX masterclasses are to be held across Sub-Saharan Africa, promising to help attendees take their new or existing product “to the next level”.
Three sets of two-day masterclasses will be held in Nairobi, Kenya; Lagos, Nigeria; and Cape Town, South Africa; and will be led by Google UX designers and researchers.
In each location, the first day of the masterclass will be aimed at those planning to launch a new product to market, and will equip teams with the fundamentals of UX process and product launch.
The second day of the masterclasses will be dedicated to post-launch teams, helping attendees to apply UX fundamentals to the next iteration of their products.
“At the end of the masterclass your team will come away with a clear picture of what needs to be done to take your new or existing project to the next level as well as a clear action plan to help you get there,” Google said.
The Nairobi masterclasses will be held on April 27 and 28; the Lagos event on May 1 and 2; and the Cape Town programme will be on May 5 and 6. Applications can be submitted online.
