The 2015 edition of the RiseUp Summit will take place in Cairo, Egypt on December 12-13, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors and other stakeholders for two days of workshops, panel discussions, pitch events and exhibitions.

Tickets are now available for the event, which will take place at the GrEEK Campus in downtown Cairo under the theme “Quantum Leap”.

“Come and meet entrepreneurs from all over the MENA-region, investors from around the globe, and learn from those who made it big,” the organisers said.

“Entrepreneurs and stakeholders, get ready to inspire and get inspired, connect and get connected, know and get known for the third year in a row.”

Speakers at the event will include Y Combinator partner Jared Friedman, Paris De L-Etraz, managing director at Venture Lab, Omar Elsahy, general manager of Souq.com, and Greg Rogers, executive director at Techstars.

Various startups will be exhibiting their products and services at the event, while a number of side events are taking place aimed at connecting startups with venture capital and corporate investors in all industries. Participating investors include Dave McClure, Fadi Ghandour and Fadi Antaki.

Get in the Ring – Greater Cairo, Uber Pitch N’ Ride, and SeedStars Cairo will all take place at the summit, while the event is accepting pitch applications until November 20.
