The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women is calling for applications for its next year-long mentorship programme, which starts in May and aims to empower women in developing economies.
The mentoring programme supports women entrepreneurs in developing and emerging markets to access the skills, technology, networks and financial services they need to become successful small and growing business owners.
It offers selected mentees the opportunity to work with an accomplished mentor and make progress on their business and professional development goals. The programme includes one-on-one meetings with a dedicated mentor for at least two hours a month.
The Cherie Blair Foundation says the programme is suitable for women entrepreneurs at all stages and business sizes. It offers professional development and training opportunities, and grants female entrepreneurs membership of a global community.
