Intrepid Entrepreneurs has opened applications for the inaugural Next Health Accelerator, which will support innovators offering solutions in the sexual and reproductive health (SRH) sector with an emphasis on self-care.
The Senegal-based Intrepid Entrepreneurs exists to catalyse the power and promise of young people and women to fundamentally advance their societies.
The Next Health Accelerator, which will take place online due to COVID-19, is aimed at startups from across Africa that have at least an MVP. It will provide market readiness training, international mentors and coaches, access to a strong network of value chain partners and US$15,000 in seed funding to 10 startups.
Startups will be selected based on the strength of the team, the dedication, and passion of the founders, the potential market size, and the unique value proposition of their product or service. Startups must include a female founder or co-founder.
Applications are open here until February 14.
