South African startup MindCiti has launched its AI-Integrated Interview Job Coach, a new feature designed to enhance users’ confidence and readiness for job interviews.
Launched earlier this year, MindCiti offers a range of comprehensive solutions for individuals seeking to improve their mental health, soft skills, and job readiness.
Through its mobile app, students and employees can access engaging micro-learning content, useful audio tips, and gamified and interactive assessments based on their personal need. Meanwhile, the MindCiti Dashboard is designed for educators, mentors, coaches, and professionals requiring access to mentees, students, and employees’ assessment reports and monitoring.
Now, the startup has launched its Interview Job Coach, which leverages advanced artificial intelligence to provide personalised coaching and feedback, simulating real-life interview scenarios. Users will benefit from tailored guidance on various aspects of the interview process, including answering common questions, body language tips, and strategies for showcasing their strengths.
“We are excited to introduce this innovative feature to our platform,” said Kim Chulu, CEO of MindCiti.
“Our goal is to empower job seekers with the tools they need to succeed in interviews, ultimately
contributing to a decrease in unpreparedness of youths in South Africa. We believe that by boosting individual confidence and readiness, we can make a significant impact on the job market.”
