Ghanaian startups are invited to apply for the BetaRaise programme, designed to help first-time founders go from launching a beta product to their first pre-seed investment round in the fastest possible time.
Organised by ImpactHub Accra, BetaRaise uses a no-frills approach with a laser focus on supporting first-time founders with no experience in raising money.
The structure of the service is designed to help founders build a solid team, tighten up their beta rollout plan, acquire users and use strong beta numbers to close a pre-seed round of US$100,000 or more. The first cohort is focused on ventures in urban food systems, mass-market distribution, green energy and e-mobility, gig economy, and fintech.
Ten startups will be selected to join the cohort, with applications open here.
