Giza Systems Foundation (GSF), the corporate social responsibility arm of Giza Systems, and EdVentures, an ed-tech focused corporate venture capital firm, have joined forces in a partnership aimed at fostering innovation and driving the growth of impactful startup initiatives.

Established in 2013, GSF is committed to leveraging innovative technological solutions to empower marginalised communities, while EdVentures, launched in 2017, is a pioneering ed-tech focused VC firm operating under the umbrella of publishing company Nahdet Misr Group.

The two organisations have now committed to combining their expertise and resources to support and nurture social startups, creating an environment that facilitates their growth and amplifies their positive influence on society. The collaboration goes beyond traditional partnerships, as both entities commit to sharing their pipelines, fostering a dynamic flow of information and resources.

The programme encompasses several key highlights, including equipping startups with essential tools for investment readiness and investor matchmaking. This ensures that startups are well-prepared to seize funding opportunities effectively. Moreover, tailored entrepreneurship-focused training sessions will provide crucial skills and knowledge to empower entrepreneurs for success. It also offers one-on-one expert mentoring sessions.

“We are thrilled to embark on this collaborative journey with Giza Systems Foundation,” said Dalia Ibrahim, founder and CEO of EdVentures. “By combining our strengths and resources, we can create a powerful ecosystem that supports social startups and helps them thrive. This partnership underscores our shared commitment to driving innovation and making a positive difference in the community.”
