African healthcare innovation incubator Pishon Health has announced the launch of its Social Innovation Incubator programme, which aims to empower innovators in developing tech-driven solutions with access to training, mentorship, and potential funding.

The 12-week Pishon Health programme aims to help healthcare innovators develop, refine, and scale up their groundbreaking solutions through access to mentorship, capital, and advisory services worth up to US$100,000.

The new incubator intends to help startups navigate the complexities of developing and scaling locally relevant solutions by serving as a catalyst, nurturing and propelling forward the next generation of African innovators who are shaping the future of healthcare.

“Africa faces significant healthcare challenges,” said Mopelola Lauretta Ajegbile, founder at Pishon Health. “However, the continent is also brimming with talented innovators developing solutions specifically tailored to address these issues. Our incubator programme is designed to bridge the gap, nurturing these innovations and empowering them to reach their full potential.”
