African agri-food startups invited to apply for WFF Startup Innovation Awards

African agri-food startups are invited to apply for the WFF Startup Innovation Awards, a global startup competition established to support and showcase innovators and entrepreneurs harnessing the power of tech to drive the sustainable transformation of agri-food systems.

Made possible through a strategic partnership with XTC, the WFF Startup Innovation Awards aim to elevate the next generation of entrepreneurs who are creating new technologies and innovations to benefit vital agri-food systems.

Finalists will be given travel allowance to attend the flagship event in Rome, global visibility, the chance to raise capital, network with global entities, the chance to join WFF startup accelerator programmes to scale up their innovative solutions and technological breakthroughs, and a total of US$30 000 in prizes.

Applications are open here until June 8, and the programme kicks off in October.
