Open Startup has opened applications for the pan-African OST programme, which aims to support early-stage startups and promising talents from Tunisia, Senegal, and Morocco.

The pan-African OST Programme, developed in collaboration with Columbia Engineering and Columbia Business School in New York, will run from September 2024 to January 2025, and is specifically designed to assist 30 selected startups – 10 from each country – in advancing from a proof of concept stage to a minimum viable product (MVP).

Participants will benefit from a wealth of resources, including customized training and mentoring, access to an extensive international network, and access to a a zero-equity US$50,000 cash prize pool.

They will also have access to scheduled trips to New York, Tunisia, and Morocco, designed to provide participants with significant international exposure and networking opportunities.

The OST Program offers two distinct tracks – one for early-stage startups that already have a proof of concept, ready to develop their MVP and expand their operations, and one for entrepreneurially passionate individuals with technical or interpersonal skills, looking to join dynamic startups and contribute to their success.

Interested candidates can apply (startups here, and individuals here) until July 21.
