South African startup Tumalano has launched its web-based rental property management solution, designed to streamline tenant management processes for landlords and property managers.
Tumalano has built a free, easy-to-use platform that digitises the onboarding and management of tenants while automating invoicing and payment reconciliations, allowing users to efficiently stay on top of outstanding payments and other critical tasks.
“The platform is tailored to meet the needs of small to medium landlords and property managers managing anything from a single backroom, to a block of flats, or even a portfolio of properties,” founder Kagiso Molema told Disrupt Africa.
