South African residential property listing startup Under One Roof has announced its first complimentary service offering partnership with HouseHoppers, an exclusive relocation company that specialises in packing, moving, and unpacking homes or offices within one day.
Founded earlier this year, Under One Roof is a property listing service that delivers a personalised online platform for agents, buyers, sellers, and renters. HouseHoppers, meanwhile, was founded in 2005, and is a concierge relocation service.
The two companies have now partnered in an arrangement that will see users buying and renting houses on Under One Roof the opportunity to enlist HouseHoppers to assist with packing, boxing and moving.
In addition to their packing and moving services, HouseHoppers offers a Utility Concierge service, streamlining the often-overlooked but essential process of transferring utilities during a move. This service ensures that electricity, water, and other key utilities are seamlessly transitioned between properties, relieving clients of the administrative burden and allowing them to settle into their new homes without hassle.
