A new HBO documentary titled: Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery unveiled Peter Todd, a Bitcoin developer from Canada, as the legendary creator of the first cryptocurrency, Satoshi Nakamoto. However, the crypto community remains unconvinced, especially since Todd himself denied the claims.

He also admitted in a 2019 podcast that he communicated with early BTC contributors like Hal Finney and Adam Back when he was only 15 years old, which shaped his later contributions to the crypto world.
However, when it comes to HBO’s claims that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, Todd had only one thing to say: “I’m not Satoshi.”
