Stanford Seed is collaborating with the African Management Institute to offer a six-month business growth programme to entrepreneurs and their senior leaders in Africa.

The Aspire Business Growth Programme equips entrepreneurs with practical skills, tools and strategies to formalise business structures, drive growth, create jobs, acquire talent, and diversify revenue streams.

The six-month programme is aimed at African CEOs, founders, and managing directors of small and growing companies with annual revenue between US$30,000 and US$400,000 or more. They will gain access to expert lectures from Stanford GSB faculty, practical growth tools and resources through workshops tailored for African businesses, a pan-African network of like-minded peers, and pro bono mentorship for outstanding participants.

The 2025 cohort of the Aspire Business Growth Programme begins in January 2025.
